Thread Treasures Embroidery, or any other digitizer that you may purchase designs from here, holds the copyright of the embroidery files you have purchased and thus has all the rights reserved by creating the files.
You have purchased a license to use the embroidery designs. You have purchased a single-user license of the designs to create stitch outs. The ownership of the design stitch files is retained by Thread Treasures Embroidery or the various digitizer.
The design files themselves, or any part thereof, cannot be sold, duplicated or shared in any way and are for use by the original purchaser/user only.
The user license covers the following uses:
The user may stitch out the designs on finished projects for personal use, gifts or sale by the original purchaser only. This licensed does not cover mass production without additional permission and additional fees.
Transference of these files to any other person or group is strictly prohibited.
You may not alter the designs in any way and claim the files as your own.Digitizer of the designs which you have purchased are responsible for all copyrights of the artwork that they digitize.
